At TANNDEM, every piece of jewelry is made to order, based on the unique preferences of each customer. Due to the fully personalized nature of our creations, standard returns are not accepted.
Before production: cancellation & refund requests
A refund may be accepted only in the following case:
In case of an issue with your order
If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, a personalization error or arrives damaged, we are committed to finding an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer: — A replacement of the piece — A full refund — Or another fair solution, agreed upon with you
Timeframe to report an issue
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any problem. A photo or video may be requested in order to process your claim under the best conditions.
Physical returns
Returns are not systematically required. Each case is reviewed individually. — If the error is on our part, we cover the return shipping costs. — In case of a return request without valid reason, shipping costs are borne by the customer. — The product must be returned in its original packaging, unless otherwise agreed with our team.
Design approval & special cases
Before production, you will receive a preview of your personalized jewelry to approve within 24 to 48 hours. — If no response is received, the design is considered automatically approved. — If the piece does not meet your expectations after approval, a refund cannot be accepted, unless a proven defect is identified. — Nevertheless, we commit to remaining flexible and attentive in order to find a fair solution.
