Processing and delivery times
Our timeframes include both the custom production of your jewelry and its shipment:
Each order comes with a tracking number, which you can check directly on our website. Tracking information may not always be updated in real time. If you have any concerns, our team is available to assist you.
During peak demand periods, slight delays may occur. As our jewelry is handcrafted, we thank you for your understanding and patience.
Carriers
We work with Colissimo, La Poste, DHL and other trusted logistics partners. The carrier selected depends on the destination and type of parcel. We always choose the fastest and most reliable option for you.
Shipping costs
Multiple item orders
When you order multiple pieces, we generally ship them in a single parcel. However, some items may be shipped separately — for example, if one design has already been approved while another has not. In that case, each parcel will have its own delivery timeframe.
Delays or delivery issues
If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged and the carrier does not confirm delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
However, if the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we will unfortunately be unable to intervene. We remain available to help you open an investigation or find a solution.
If the address provided contains an error, it can be corrected as long as the order has not yet been processed. Once the jewelry is in production, we can no longer modify the address or the design.
