1. Orders and personalization
All our creations are custom-made to order. Once the design has been approved (manually by the customer or automatically after 24 to 48 hours without a response), no cancellation or modification is possible.
The automatic approval period is in place to ensure fast processing and to avoid delays caused by missed or ignored emails.
In the event of an exceptional error on our part (e.g. premature processing), we commit to offering a fair and appropriate solution (partial refund, replacement piece, goodwill gesture, etc.).
2. Timeframes and delivery
Our timeframes include both production and shipping:
- France, Belgium, Germany & Austria: 9 to 14 business days
- Switzerland, Luxembourg & Liechtenstein: 11 to 18 business days
As each piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted, slight delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding.
In the event of a significant delay, a goodwill gesture or refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices displayed include applicable VAT.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (non-exhaustive list, subject to change).
No hidden fees will be charged after your order is placed.
4. Liability and protection
In the event of a lost, stolen or damaged parcel, a replacement or refund will only be possible if parcel protection was selected at checkout.
If protection was not purchased, we will unfortunately be unable to cover the loss, but we will remain available to explore a solution with you.
An address error can only be corrected before the order has been processed.
Once the design has been approved, no refund can be issued, even if the customer changes their mind. We nonetheless remain open to finding a suitable solution.
5. Use of the website
Purchases on our website are restricted to individuals aged 18 or over.
In the event of inappropriate behavior or unfounded claims, we remain open to dialogue but reserve the right to take action.
All visuals, text and designs are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use may result in legal proceedings.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time.
Customers are not systematically notified of changes. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay informed.
